This mandatory 17.5-hour workshop provides appointed Ombudsmen with the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to be successful in their volunteer role. Thi workshop is open to newly appointed Ombusdsman, current Ombudsmen, and command point of contacts. You must attend all workshops for Ombudsman certification.
Registration is mandatory by September 15, 2025 for the September/October training.
Registration is mandatory by October 20, 2025 for the November training.
