The Housing Service Center (HSC) provides guidance and support for families arriving to or departing from NAWS China Lake. Staff can help you explore on-base housing options, understand availability, and review community rental resources.

Liberty Military Housing

NAWS China Lake partners with Liberty Military Housing to offer privatized family housing. Contact the HSC or Liberty Military Housing for current availability, waitlist details, floor plans, pet policies, and resident guidelines.

Applying for Housing

Service members from all branches are eligible to apply for privatized family housing. Check in with the HSC within 30 days of arrival to ensure full local move benefits. Applications may be submitted in person or electronically and must be confirmed within 30 days of reporting.
