Mind Body Mental Fitness
Mind Body Mental Fitness is a six-week program designed to strengthen the mind, body, social, and spirit domains that support overall resilience. Participants learn proactive pathways to improve mental fitness, build balance across life’s demands, and develop practical skills they can use daily to refocus and recalibrate.
What You’ll Learn
Throughout the program, MBMF teaches that resilience and mental toughness can be strengthened with consistent practice. Each session focuses on building a culture of resilience through:
- Shifting your mindset about stress to respond more effectively to challenges
- Identifying personal and organizational values and aligning actions with them
- Practicing mindfulness and meditation to improve focus and emotional regulation
- Using flexible thinking and problem-solving to navigate obstacles
- Strengthening interpersonal connection through effective communication and empathetic listening
