Mind Body Mental Fitness

The goal of Mind Body Mental Fitness is to enhance one's mind, body, social, and spirit domains. Participants will learn proactive pathways to achieve mental fitness, find balance within these domains, and gain practical skills that can be used daily to refocus and recalibrate. 

Over the course of six weeks, MBMF will teach participants that resilience and mental toughness can be strengthened with consistent practice to create a culture of resilience by:

  • Shifting mindset about stress
  • Defining and acting consistently with personal and organizational values
  • Practicing mindfulness, meditation, flexible thinking, and problem solving
  • Learning the importance of interpersonal connection and practicing effective communication and empathetic listening
