Sexual Assault Prevention & Response

The Sexual Assault Prevention & Response (SAPR) Program provides immediate, confidential support for service members affected by sexual assault. The Installation Sexual Assault Response Coordinator (SARC) and SAPR Victim Advocates are available 24/7 to offer assistance, explain reporting options, and connect individuals with medical, legal, and counseling resources.

Restricted Report

  • No official investigation
  • No command involvement
  • Confidential support
  • Available through: SARC, SAPR VA, chaplain, on-base medical, or mental health providers


Unrestricted Report

  • Official investigation
  • Command involvement (need-to-know only)
  • Access to full support services
